This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures that Ibradome (“we,” “us,” or “our”) follows in response to notices of alleged copyright infringement on our website, https://ibradome.co.uk/ (the “Website”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to complying with the DMCA and other applicable copyright laws.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent. The notice must include the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the allegedly infringing content).

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA notice to our Designated Agent at the following contact information:

Designated Agent: Ibradome Copyright Agent
Email: editorial@ibradome.co.uk
Address: Deepdale Rd, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 6PZ, United Kingdom

We recommend sending the notice via email for faster processing. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Website was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within the United Kingdom (or the relevant jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Send the counter-notification to the Designated Agent listed above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after 10 business days but no later than 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to disable or remove access to the Website for any user who repeatedly violates copyright laws.
